EXAMPLE 1: 3 tenants buy a room each which totals as 30%. An investor buys 20%. The company trustee owns the remaining 50%.

The Property TRUST - The SHO company owns the house as Trustee, and transfers the shares in the Property Trust to you
You will own % of the shares in the company and the Property Trust, and you decide who owns the shares in each
