How are the building and rental estimates calculated?

Construction and rental estimates are relative to the location as well as any special requirements or additions. These are guides only.

How long does it take to build a new property?

On average once we have finance, plans approved and selections finalise it takes around 4-5mths pending weather and unforeseen delays.

How do I get on your waiting list to get first preference of available properties?

We do have agreements in place for many providers already and preference is given based on first in best dressed with a signed and supplied lease agreement prior to any build.

How do we fund projects to get properties built?

We have an investor network and are constantly marketing and networking to find new investors who wish to support the industry with quality housing in return for

What do you need from us to find us the right property?

We need to know your build type, build category, desired location, special requirements and time-frames.

What special inclusions are there in the properties that make them better than most?

Stylish design, ducted air, granite kitchen tops, quality appliances, alarm, front Crimsafe, security door, sensor lights and full landscaping. Complete turnkey ready to move in.

How do we partner with you and your team?

Ideally we prefer to have a written agreement of intent to work with us in addition to how may properties per year you think you may require.

What extra benefits are available to save us operating costs?

For any home we can supply solar systems and panels to save on average $30-50 wk on your power as well as synthetic turf to save time and money on regular maintenance and water. Our approach to this is to apply a 'fair go' policy in that we split the savings 50/50 so you only pay 50% of savings in increased rental contributions. Ex: Say you save $1000 a pa, we only increase the rent $500 pa.
