As a 'Profit for Purpose' investor, you are essentially, an equity partner in a development project.
When the development company can obtain part of the funds it needs to complete a project from investors rather than the bank, this reduces the holding costs, improves serviceability and maximises profits. This in turn allows the development company to share its profits with the investors.
Investors deposit their money into an independently managed fund and receive units or shares reflecting the investment structure of their project. Investors then receive ongoing distributions into their bank account each month and upon full project completion the original investment capital will be distributed to investors.
Investors can start with as little as $50,000 depending on the structure of the project to access the strong returns and monthly distributions on offer. The most common amount is around $100,000.
